Riverstone Pottery began with a simple desire: to create objects that ground us in the present moment. Founded in 2018 in a small garage studio in Portland, Oregon, every piece is thrown, trimmed, and glazed by hand.
We believe in the beauty of imperfection. The clay remembers the hands that shaped it, and the fire leaves its mark. No two pieces are identical, just as no two moments are the same.
Our Process
We use locally sourced stoneware clay bodies from the Pacific Northwest. Our firing process reaches cone 10 reduction, creating deep, rich glaze interactions that define our signature aesthetic.
